Invoice #515165134 Another GREAT Experience with VRSF
Tiago from VRSF was an IMMENSE help in the ordering process. He was always quick to answer my questions and any concerns I had along the way. As soon as they received my payment, I got notification that the shipment was being processed and on the way. They were able to easily get me non-VRSF products quickly as well. Customer service has been great through all steps of the process and I continue to hear great things about VRSF products so i cannot wait to receive mine!

Immediate and oblidging response
I had forgotten to add an item to my order (which qualified for free shipping), and when I placed the second order (100012412), which did not qualify for free shipping as it was under $100, I continued through with the second purchase and paid the shipping cost. It was evening, and I immediately followed up with an email asking for the orders to be combined - and the shipping credited back to me. First thing in the morning I receive an email stating "Done! Thanks for the orders!" Just the response I was looking for :) Thanks VRSF for setting the standard, and keep up the good work Tiago.

VRSF excellent again
I contacted VRSF on E90post.com about matching a price I found for the suspension components I wanted. Since I've used them before and know they are reliable I would prefer to give them my business. Sure enough, they got back to me immediately, matched the price, and had the parts shipped out right away. Invoice number 519698749
