Love the quality of the products. Hate how long it takes them to actually ship stuff out. Will be avoiding ordering directly from them for the rest of my build because of this. Lucky for me there is a 3rd party vendor in my town who keeps some of their products in stock. The vendor agrees that they are a nightmare when it comes to wait times as well.

I was under a time constraint and needed to know when my order would ship. I called the store and no answer; the phone rang and rang or went busy. That's a bad start. So I took to social media and email and was able to speak with someone, Tiago. He told me order would ship later that day and that I would get a tracking number the same day...he never sent the tracking number on his own, I had to bother him again for it. Also, I was told the order would be shipped via FedEx , instead it was sent via USPS. I haven't received them yet but I'm hoping for the best. As of now, I would pay more for better customer service and go elsewhere

It took 11 days and 3 emails to finally get confirmation that my clutch had been shipped. Order number 100002368

I couldn't ship to a different address than the billing one, therefore they decided to refund my order without telling me. SUCKS!!! my son never got his birthday present on time, this company needs more accountability. Probably not intended but still a first

They promised 3 day shipping and sent ground then did not respond to email or answer the phone. It kept ringing then had no option to leave a message. Took 8 days to deliver. The cheapest I could find the Mishimoto radiator but my Integra was sitting in the driveway for 9 days. WEAK! Order# 9794
