I recently purchased a Dedicated RPD from VPSMART, and unfortunately, my experience with their service was extremely disappointing. I had high hopes for this provider, but in reality, the server connection was very slow, and the server blocked every time I tried to perform any task. The performance issues were so significant that it made it nearly impossible to work with the RDP. I rely heavily on this service for my day-to-day operations, and the constant interruptions and slowdowns caused significant disruptions to my work. I found myself constantly frustrated with the service, and it ultimately became more of a hindrance than a help. I reached out to the customer support team for assistance, but their response was slow, and the solutions they offered were ineffective. I felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was left to struggle with the poor performance of the server on my own.
