2500ms latency , Refund rejected !
I subscribed to VPS Mart today, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The latency was unbelievably high, averaging around 2500 ms. The server performance was very slow, and the browser had no hardware acceleration, making the service practically unusable. What made the experience even worse was the customer support. After only one hour of use, I contacted them to request a refund because the service was clearly not usable for my needs, but they simply refused. I am extremely disappointed with both the service quality and the way my refund request was handled. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend VPS Mart.
