It was really good n quick ... Really loved my invites..everything was good.. My suggestions for them will be - plz be a bit quicker with your email response as its the only way to contact..n plz do your own spell check .

The invites were received promptly, however the response card was too big to place in the envelopes provided and I had to cut them to fit.I did like the pearlized color of the largest envelope but the red invitation was very difficult to write on for those sending back their RSVP's. Finally,they should use spell check as one of the dinner choices was spelled wrong. I hadn't picked it up in the proofs and sadly it was too late to reorder corrected ones.

I received the bridesmaid dress in about the time frame it was promised. The dress was made fairly close to my measurements but it took several email exchanges before they believed my measurements. (Hard to believe I'm not a short, dainty Asian woman, I know.) Vponsale does not speak English as a first language so the broken sentences and bad grammar make communicating a little difficult and doesn't give a very professional image of the company. They do business out of China, not New York like their website indicates. My dress arrived in a repackaged envelope because somewhere between here and there, a customs office ripped the bag apart and then taped it back together and put it into a bigger envelope. My dress was wrinkled and apparently I'm missing out on a free piece of jewelry? In the end, I can't even imagine recommending this company to anyone. If you want nice custom work, pay the extra money for a local business to do it. My dress was $98, I could have easily found something of the same or even better quality at a David's Bridal.

My experience was a little crazy. I went through the personalization process and had everything exactly how I wanted it. As I was placing my order I saw that if I ordered Thank You notes I would get free Reception cards. My mother and I both read everything and we under the impression that I was supposed to put in an amount for reception cards. I then confirmed and paid for my order. I checked my email the next day and they brought to my attention that I had ordered double Reception cards because I put in an amount. They said they would cancel the extra and refund us, which took longer than I expected, but did happen. When I got the first email to approve the invitations they was NOTHING right except the style. The names, city, state, date and EVERYTHING else was wrong. It's like they sent me another bride's invitation. I then told them that I think they sent me the wrong one and I needed the one for my wedding and gave them my fiance's and my name thinking they would be able to find the one I created. When they sent the next proof the only thing changed about it was the names I had emailed her--they kept the wrong state and other info. After going back and forth and chatting with them on the website, I finally just wrote out everything word for word how I wanted it. I was upset mostly for the fact that I went through the personalization process when I ordered the invitations originally but it didn't seem to have done anything. I was really nervous when I approved because I didn't know if I would get what I approved because of the chaos before. I got them quickly and they look pretty good. Communication was definately the biggest problem I saw because the only time we could talk was late at night but I was happy to see they usually always emailed me back in a timely manner and were willing to fix everything I asked.

It's awesome how professionals at vponsale cater to your every request, and I am satisfied with their customer services. My friends loved my wedding invitations! But the delivery is not the desired results as promised. They left the package at my front door. I think it is better to sign for it.
