VponsaleReviews of vponsale.com

There was a little bit of confusion about some special instructions I had added to my order, but it was all straightened out before anything was printed since they don't print until you confirm that everything is correct. Fast free shipping, promp service, inexpensive merchandise, and beautiful invitations.

I am very pleased with vponsale. My invitations were exactly what I expected plus a little more...very cute and on nice paper. It was fairly easy to create the invitations on their website. Once I entered all my information and sent it off they were VERY quick to respond! I did have to make a few grammar/spelling corrections based on the proofs that were emailed to me but they were very quick to make the changes. The invitations arrived very quickly once the final proof was done. I was a little surprised when the invitations arrived that they were not protected in a box but only wrapped with a few layers of paper. The envelopes were slightly bent from shipping but it was minimal. Vponsale was very affordable!...Very quick!...and very polite. I would recommend them especially if you need to save money! Thank you! Alix

When I received my bridesmaid dresses, I was more than pleased. The measurements fitted all of my ladies perfectly. No need for alterations... No need to spend ridiculous amounts of money with David's Bridal. The only situation that occured was that I ordered the dresses during a Chinese Holiday, and I had to wait one month while they observed their hoilday, before they began making the dresses. But fair is fair, I can definitely respect any race culture and beliefs. Fortunately I was NOT a last minute bride, and I had about 2 months to spare. So everything worked out in my favor. The dresses are just BEAUTIFUL. I'm so glad I went with Vponsale.com! Erica =)

I ordered wedding invitations and I recieved them very fast but the invitation that I recieved was the wrong one. It was the sample on the website. After calling them and emailing the manager. They fixed my invitations and shipped them back out very quickly. The customer service was great!!! And the cost was cheap. The quality on the invitations was alright but the envelopes are very nice! The free jewelry I recieved was cute and I have already worn it numerous times

Our wedding invitations were exactly as pictured on the site, came at a FANTASTIC price, and the customer service was great. They sent proofs of the invitations and envelopes (which was good because there were some spacing issues that needed to be altered), but when I sent back corrections they were done immediately and understood exactly what I was looking for. The next day I got new proofs, which were perfect. A little while later, the invitations came in the mail (just bare in mind when ordering them, that they are coming from another country and will get here quickly, but not as quickly as if they were coming from within the USA). The only complaint I have... their lick-able sealing envelopes don't work very well, had to end up using glue on some. Great experience. Very happy with the end product.

I had great service but communication barriers were sometimes an issue. I asked for something to be changed and i got that like i asked. very happy with the dress looks good. They even sent me a necklace for free

Even though the website and communication with the staff was, at times, difficult. They always got back to me and ultimately, they deliver quality merchandise at an unbeatable price. I ordered the "Dryad Tree" invitations and save-the-dates. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

We ordered "hand drawn" wedding invitations from VPONSALE.com. We've gotten a great response from many of the people we sent them to because they are so different! People love these. The order process was a little combersome because they are composed, printed, and shipped from China. Communication can be a little difficult and their website is layed out in a confusing manner. I went back and forth many times to change things that I had already asked them to change. None-the-less, the results were great. My only complaint was the invitations are on a fairly thin cardstock. I believe it's 65 lb. It should be on 120 lb. They don't give you an option for anything thicker on the hand drawn invites. I went to Office Max to get 65 lb cardstock. I then used a spray adheisive to glue it to the back of the invitations. They are now much more firm and not as cheap-feeling. For the price, I can't really complain. Overall, the results were great and the invites arrived quickly after I gave them the go-ahead.
