I purchased 3 bridesmaids dresses from this company, when I received them, none of them were the right size even though I send them custom sizes. The stitching on the dresses was poor quality and 2 of the dresses were missing brooches! One of the dresses was suppose to be rose colored, but was more peach, I contacted the company right away. They asked for pictures that I sent the following morning, they then went on to tell me I would have to go get the dresses altered and that I needed to go buy brooches. I was NOT happy with this company, I could have bought dresses elsewhere that I could have had altered. Overall the dresses looked cheap, and the company refused to live up to their "100% satisfaction guarantee" they have listed on their webiste. I would say buy with EXTREME caution!!!

Ordered three bridesmaid dresses because prices were very reasonable and delivery was "supposed" to be quick. The dresses barely made it here in time and then had to be altered. Trying to communicate with them was almost impossible. Excuse after excuse! Do not use this company!!

The ordering process was fairly painless. The Bride-to-Be thought she'd found us a deal on a dress for $98. I was skeptical to begin with ordering a bridesmaid dress online from over seas but when I was asked for numerous measurements (bust, waist, hips, personal height, shoe heel height) I thought maybe I was just being paranoid since the dress would be made from my own personal measurements. Unfortunately, no pictures of what the back of the dress would look like were made available for customer viewing so I inquired before ordering. I received an email back stating they did not have any pictures of the back but was sent 2 pictures from different dresses that supposedly had a similar back to the one I was asking about. It was a plain back. I took a leap of faith on the bride's behalf and couldn't possibly be more disappointed. The dress is now costing me an additional $150 in alterations. It's too long, has uneven seams, the bust is WAY too small, and I could fit another half of myself in the dress with me. Also, the arm holes are uncomfortably small. The supposedly "plain" back I'd received pictures of was not plain in any way. It had pleats that ran down my back and started from my shoulder blades that ended up looking like I was wearing a cape!! I will not send the dress back to have another made because I have completely lost faith in their dress making abilities. If I send my exact measurements I had taken by a professional and recieved this monstrosity I don't want to know what else could possibly go wrong if I was to send the dress back for another one. I brought the dress to a dress maker for my alterations and she told me she'd never seen such shoddy workmanship nor had she had such a complicated project in a long time. She was actually looking forward to what a challenge it would be. I could not possibly be anymore disgusted with the product I recieved. I would never suggest vponsale to anyone.

I ordered my dresses 6 weeks ago for my destination wedding. I have been emailing them for weeks about the shipping date. They have been telling me the dresses will arrive the first week of May and not to worry about it. The first week of May came and went and no dresses so I emailed them and told them I did not get my dresses yet and that I was flying out to my wedding on the 12th of May. They emailed me back saying the dresses would be shipped out Monday (I am leaving Wednesday) and I should receive the dresses by the 13th! So I received the dresses 1 DAY BEFORE IM LEAVING FOR MY WEDDING (41 days after ordering) and the sashes are not the same color/material as the 1st dress i received 2 weeks ago. other than the dresses not matching, I have no idea if they are going to fit the girls! I leave for my destination wedding tomorrow morning and am bringing plenty of pins and needle and thread just in case I will have to tailor the dresses. Uggh not happy... but I will have to make it work

So now that I didn't receive my dress and money in time Im adding to my last comment. After they saw my comment they BEGGED me to take it down but now its going back up. Not ONLY did they want me to take it down they told me and I quote, "our dresses are all made by our workers' hand, maybe it doesn't look like the machine made, or you can cut it by yourself, hope for your understand". I took it down, like a dummy, because they promised that they would give me 50% of my money back and i have YET to see. Once again they are NOT responding to my emails. ITS BEEN 4 DAYS NOW. I HAVE A DRESS THAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO WHERE TO A WEDDING BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE IT ON TIME. ON TOP OF THAT IT HAS SNAGS AND LOOSE THREADS THROUGH OUT AND IM STILL SHORT MY 50%. I really tried to work with them but they are LIERS. I will NEVER order anything from them OR recommend it to others. The material is nice. The color was a little too light for me but that's how it is when looking via internet. I made my order at the end of February and didn't get it until today, April the 6th. I was promised repeatedly that I would receive my dress at the end of March. Then I was promised that I would get it on the 31st of March (MIND YOU THAT THE WEDDING WAS ON APRIL 3RD) but that never happened, so i panicked. I got in contact with them and they promised (yes ANOTHER promise) that I would receive it the day before the wedding....But guess what? I didn't. Its sad because they knew the date of the wedding. So now that I'm HIGHLY and they know that they are in the wrong, they aren't responding to my emails. But that's ok. I kept every single conversation via internet and every email that made the promised of me receiving my dress so I sent it to them wanting my money back and they have yet to replied. The wedding is over and I'm not happy. Bad business.

okay so I desided to order my bridesmaid dresses from this company which was the biggest mistake ever!!!! I was told this comany was out of NY that was a lie... (They are in CHINA)I was told these dresses was made through there factory which was a lie... (There made some where else and this factory checks them over and then sends them out from what I was told from live chat) I was told all 5 dresses would be here in 4 weeks... ANOTHER LIE!!... 2 of the dresses was ''lost'' in the mail and was told that they were lost 2 days before the wedding ...1 of the dresses was wayyy wayyyy to big and was the wrong color from the website... and 2 of the dresses fit but the sewing looked like my child done it.. When you contact the people over the phone its the same lady every time and you can not understand a word she is saying because she dont speak or no English go figure she is from CHINA... I feel as if we should have got full refunds for all of these dresses but this no good company stated they could give half refunds do to the designers need to be paid and i feel as if they didnt do there jobs if the dresses wasnt right or sent out in that short amount of time as we were told.. being a bride this was the most stressful time of my life and because of the stress i was in the hospital 2 days before my wedding... we had to go find all new dresses the night before the wedding due to the hudge mistake I made ordering from a company like this.. These people are the worst! I will never order again. I got my dress two days before the wedding. Half of them didn't show up! One was sent way too big, and in the WRONG color! Mine was sewn wrong! We had to find dresses the day before the wedding because these people are incompetent..... My dress was supposed to be delivered March 15th and didnt recieve it till March 25! I've never dealt with a company I was so thoughoughly disgusted with! They never even notified me that my dress would be late! Horrible horrible horrible! I've had to file a complaint with paypal to get my money back, and they haven't responded.... Ive since escalated it to a claim. Do yourself a favor and spend the little extra money for a local company...... You'll be better off for it in the end! This company operates out of China, Not the U.S. They try to portray itself being a honest company! They are not!
