Tech support is unreliable. I have had an issue with this VPN since purchasing it- unreliable speeds - and together with tech support we have identified that it is an issue with the home VPN modem. However, from this point since the internet connection is not the issue and instead it is an issue with their product, they are unresponsive. I cannot NOT recommend this company enough.

The routers arrived completely plug and play. I had a glitch when I was out of the country. And they're turnaround time, was within 4 hours, to resolve the issue. Excellent product and excellent support. I highly recommend this company. Especially for digital nomads, such as myself. Once again, the product is completely plug and play and works as advertised.
