We gotmarried online and all but we never got the cert eventho the email said that we would get one, had to order one myself. Other than that the ceremony was quick and nice.

Utah County controls processing and shipping of all marriage certificates, but we did confirm in our records that we finalized your license promptly after the ceremony. A marriage certificate is included with all virtual ceremonies through Utah, with the digital copy of your certificate being sent within 24 hours of your ceremony and the physical copy sent to the address you specified when filling out your marriage license application. Occasionally, Utah County does have delays or issues with shipping; it sounds like this might have been the case for you.
