Good company !
This is also a good company to choose from. The pay is not as much but you can have multiple contracts which requires you working a lot of hours. Still a great company.

Based on my personal experience, what happened with compensation after certification felt like a BAIT-AND-SWITCH. During the certification period, I was paid $6 per hour. After I successfully certified on the platform and my service rate increased, I began experiencing significant discrepancies and repeated delays with compensation. I made multiple attempts to resolve the unpaid amounts directly with the company. I provided documentation supporting the hours worked and the compensation I believe remains outstanding. Despite repeatedly requesting that the matter be reviewed and corrected, the payment issues were not resolved. What I found particularly concerning was the communication that followed. As I continued requesting answers regarding the outstanding compensation, communication became increasingly difficult and eventually stopped altogether. My repeated requests for a response went unanswered. When a contractor performs the work, documents the work, and repeatedly attempts to address discrepancies in compensation, they should not have to chase a company simply to get answers about money they believe they earned. Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering contracting through this company DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Keep copies of every service report, invoice, payment record, contract, rate agreement, email, text message, and communication concerning compensation. Do not rely on verbal assurances. Keep your own records and protect yourself.

Awesome experience

My experience with the hiring process was that the role is structured as a 1099 contract position with variable pay depending on assignment. The compensation range provided was $10–14/hr for English-speaking contracts and $14–16/hr for bilingual contracts. A specific hourly rate was not confirmed prior to onboarding, and final compensation appears to depend on the contract assigned after onboarding rather than at the offer stage. The role also does not include traditional employee benefits, with the “benefits” referenced being discount-based programs rather than employer-provided insurance or standard benefits. Additionally, the hiring process included multiple assessments that did not appear to clearly reflect the actual day-to-day responsibilities of the position, which may make it difficult for candidates to understand how their results are being evaluated in relation to job placement. Candidates should ensure they are comfortable with a flexible contract structure and variable compensation before committing time to onboarding.
