Received cheap product. Said they were in Toronto but order came from China..No tag to indicate maker or product material. Wrong order and nothing like the advertised product. Tried to return it and was offered $5. Then a not that stating "I've fought with my superior for a long time I can refund you 8CAD as compensation." This for a $77 dollar supposed Canadian sweat shirt. Vortexmshop is highly likely a fraudulent or low-quality dropshipping storefront or a payment processing alias linked to questionable online retail sites. There is a strong pattern of automated, short-lived e-commerce websites sharing similar naming structures (like Vortexshoponline) that are flagged by security tracking sites for hidden ownership, lack of contact transparency, and poor operational practices. If you are seeing a charge from "Vortexmshop" on your bank or credit card statement, or considering buying from them, keep the following warning signs in mind: • Obscured Corporate Identity: These shops frequently change URLs or use shell entities (e.g., redirecting billing to hidden networks) to avoid customer service complaints and chargebacks. • Misleading Product Quality: Similar entities often advertise high-end apparel or goods but deliver thin, cheap materials that look nothing like the advertised imagery, with sizes running severely small. • Delayed or Missing Shipping: Customers interacting with these platforms frequently note long shipping delays from overseas warehouses (such as Eastern Europe or Asia), with missing items or incomplete tracking information.

Vortex sells its products in France, French trade regulations require that the instructions be in French for sale in France. Vortex doesn't care.

love their product, but they do not care about their customers or their lifetime warranty. I’m visually impaired, which Means blind they are making me miss my one time a year’s hunt for blind people and other handicapped replacing the scope that I bought when the guy said that I could run over it in the parking lot and he would’ve replaced it Worst experience of my life if you guys want good products go to Black Rain Ordinance They treat you like a human. I told the guy at vortex that I’m blind and he emailed me the mailing thing and chuckled and said how are you going hunting if you’re blind like laughed at methat’s how considerate they are. They said the scope was good. It will not hold where I say it in that it keeps walking left or right I don’t understand He said on the bench it in, but in the field, it walked and would not stay dead nuts and vortex is the worst company that I have ever dealt with as a handicap. I would not recommend them to nobody. They do not care about their customers. Call Black Rain Ordinance if you guys have any issues or want great products and great people who stand behind their product. I’m so disappointed it’s sad going hunting makes me feel normal like I’m a normal person and it’s not gonna happen because vortex don’t care about their customers nor handicap people
