I have Eagle Optics binoculars that are over 20 years old. I lost the left ocular lens. Took them into the Guelph facility. They were repaired and serviced in less than an hour. The customer service person I dealt with, Holly and the binocular technician Brian were very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Even although Eagle Optics has been out of business for over 6 years my lifetime warranty was honoured. My sincere thanks for making the experience easy. I give Vortex five stars for customer service.

Kind of just blew my mind. Dropped my scope and busted it internally. I was just honest and told them, they told me to send it in. They paid the shipping mind you. And they sent me back a brand new scope. I just became a vortex customer for life. Remember, this was my fault, not the fault of the scope. Incredible. All of my friends will hear about this as well.

I have had wonderful luck dealing with Vortex products and with their employees. I use Vortex scopes, red dots and binoculars and they are all superior to any other products I have used. I have called Vortex for advice and questions and they are very nice and helpful. They treat you like family and want to be sure your questions are answered. The quality of their products are unbelievable and now I will only buy Vortex products as I know how good they will work and how reasonably they are priced.

This is the best company that truly stands behind their product. They are more expensive but worth every penny when you need help or customer service. Hard to find a great company that actually honors their warranty with no hassle these days!

I returned a range finder binocular that was not working. They sent me a replacement immediately. Best company I have ever worked with!!! Its great to work with a company that isnt trying to get out of helping me with the "you didnt fill out a warranty" "You must have a receipt" They just helped me without any drama. THANK YOU!!!!

Outstanding service and caring for the customer! Yes, I worded that the way I did because they took it above and beyond! I had a squib load on a factory round back at the end of 2023. I was in the process of a double tap drill so I did a follow-up shot before I realized the recoil from the first round wasn't right. This caused a catastrophic failure of my rifle causing damage to everything including me and the Vortex Razor HD gen 2 1x6. While I was trying to take this up with the ammo company, I had to reach out to vortex for what I suspected was a confirmation that they would not cover the damages. I WAS WRONG! They acknowledged the damage, and that I put no fault on them, and that i was just reaching out for legal reasons for the ammo company. They not only stood behind the product they are working with me to replace it with a new model optic since they no longer make the Gen 2 scopes. They are allowing me time to research the options presented to me, giving me the information I have requested and have not rushed me at all! I could not ask for more from a company and without their knowledge I happen to be in the process of replacing several other optics due to a long-standing brand no longer making scopes (If you know you know) and they just made my selection on brands easier! I am not done with this interaction yet but with a service like this, I can't see what would or could go wrong at this rate! Oh and to add to it this is in the heart of the Christmas season, keep it up!

I am an avid Bird and Nature watcher and I own 3 set Vortex Binoculars and one of their Scopes. I am so happy not just with the performance of these items but also with the customer service I have received when my products malfunctioned due to neglect and abuse on my part. With their VIP warranty they will fix or replace any of their products that malfunction no matter the cause. You also do not need any proof of purchase. You don't have to be the originally purchaser. I have had to use the VIP Warranty 3 times and they have exceeded my expectation each time repairing or replacing my equipment completely hassle free. I just love this American company. I wish more companies stood behind their products in the same way.

Yesterday, 29 Dec. '23, I contacted Vortex via email regarding an issue I'm having with a Crossfire 11 scope. Within two hours, I received three follow-up emails, with the third containing an RMA slip and a return mailing label to send the scope into them to be checked out. This level of customer service just is not found anywhere else, at least any I have experienced. Even the tone of their replies was very friendly, and professional. Thanks Vortex.
