Voox IS A SCAM!! Why does anyone trust these people? They took my $45k and now my account is locked. How can they just sleep at night? VOOX states they are headquartered in Singapore, however no clear information about their licensed entity or regulatory supervision has been provided upon request. Due to the lack of transparency and indefinite freeze of approximately 2,500 USDT, I have submitted a regulatory inquiry to the Monetary Authority of Singapore. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

UPDATE March 2026: five months and counting. My $3,020.15 USDT is still frozen. Support still sends the same template reply. I traded on VOOX from June to November 2025. Futures, short positions on 0G, BIO, ME, FUN. Low leverage, manual, no bots. Made about $3K profit over the whole period which is honestly pretty modest for 6 months. Withdrawals worked fine for a while. In October I took out $8,925 across two transactions, no questions. Then November comes around, I try to withdraw again, and suddenly my account gets flagged for "small-cap token price manipulation." 0G Token had a market cap over $180 million. It's listed on Binance and every other major exchange. That's not a small-cap. I sent them the CoinMarketCap page and they just ignored it. I asked over and over - what did I do wrong exactly? Which trades? What rule? Never got a real answer. Just "please wait patiently" on repeat for five straight months. Sent 100+ messages. The way they calculate it: they add up everything I ever deposited ($13,049), subtract everything I ever withdrew ($13,035), and tell me I have $14.71 available. The $3K I earned trading just doesn't exist to them. February 2026 I sent them a formal letter with all the evidence laid out. Someone called "Farah" sent back a template in 20 minutes. After that I had health problems and had to step away for a bit. I'm back now. If I had lost money they wouldn't have given me anything back. But the moment I made profit it became "manipulation." I have been waiting for over a month to withdraw $8,400 from my VOOX account after successfully completing KYC Level 2 verification. While my initial deposit was returned, the remaining funds (legitimate profits) have been permanently blocked under vague “risk control” restrictions. VOOX support repeatedly states the decision is final but refuses to provide: any specific reason for the restriction, the exact clause from their Terms or Risk Control policy, the registered legal entity responsible for my account, or any official written explanation. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially after full KYC verification. I urge potential users to be cautious.
