Great service and quick

I am very thankful for the help getting my computer cleared of the viruses The people who fixed this problem are well aware of the problems and the solutions to these problems. An excellent job was done.

Matthew and Shawn were incredibly helpful, very patient with an older customer, explained details in easy to understand manner. I want to thank them so much and appreciate their help and instruction very much.

Got ride of my hackers and restore computer.

The interaction with the technician was very smooth and he seems to be very knowledgeable about the system which helped a lot with a person like me with not a great knowledge of computers.
