VONETEL COMMUNICATION SERVICESReviews of vonetel.com

Very complicated problem. Both your people worked hard for a long time to explain and fix everything. My only concern is that it was so very expensive! But I learned a lot, and that is valuable also.

I thought the service I received was excellent in solving my problem

my computer locked. i called help nr for Vonetel and i got a live person to respond. the customer service agent was very responsive and walked me thru the complete recovery of my pc. i appreciate that the agent was very good and had considerable patience with me as i am not very well educated in software, computers etc. the agent was very appreciated! thank you,

really helpful and explained everything.
