Ordered a bikini set in the beginning of September. It was supposed to arrive on the 15th, but after two weeks the status didn’t change at all. I reached out multiple times to the customer service but never got an answer. Now, over a month later I got an email saying my order is cancelled and I get a refund. Horrible experience, and truly disappointed. Got no service or help in any way.

I ordered a matching two-piece set, but after weeks of shipping delays, Von Dutch unilaterally refunded half the order and only shipped the pants. When I reached out to customer support to ask how they intended to resolve receiving half a matching set, I was met with hostile and unhelpful service. ​They eventually offered store credit to make up for the issue, but then completely ghosted me. To make matters worse, the missing item was restocked in all sizes on their website shortly after they claimed it was unavailable. ​Shipping half an order, offering rude customer service, going back on promised store credit, and ghosting a customer is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

I placed an order on 18th July and expected delivery was 23rd July but I didn't receive it so I contacted them on 29th July and was told that it had been dispatched and it was with Royal Mail so to give it more time as the carrier collects packages in bulk. 3rd August, I still haven't received it so contacted them again to be told the same thing. I kept checking the tracking but there was no movement. It is now 11th August and still nothing. I contacted Royal Mail today who confirmed that they never received anything from the seller and nothing had been scanned in. AVOID at all costs. They are a scam!

Horrible quality. I bought a bag for my daughter, it hasn’t even been two months that she’s had it and it’s already falling apart. I emailed customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. I’d include pictures if it would let me. The seams are coming apart and the strap is literally hanging on by a single thread.

It had been over Three weeks since I placed my order and it still hadn’t arrived. When I checked the tracking, it was stuck at the post office. I reached out to customer service multiple times via email, but never received any response. In the end, I had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company, which was a very stressful and frustrating experience. Overall, the lack of customer support was extremely disappointing.

.....ANOTHER HORRIFIC UPDATE...12/28/25 I didn't not get my package! They said it shipped when I wrote my last update on 12/22, it did NOT!! It arrived at UPS 12/23 at 7pm. My new estimated delivery date is now... JANUARY 6TH!!!! So much for Christmas shopping early. They have NOT responded to emails since, Shocking! I demanded a refund 5 times and it was ignored. ~Lastly, I asked why I wasn't given the option to change my shipping priority in 1 last ditch effort to fix their mess up and SILENCE! I seriously thought they were correcting an oversight and I was thrilled to correct my review. This is just unbelievable! Sadly, they DON'T CARE either, but you don't have to become a victim of theirs also. .........UPDATE ....12/22/25 I got a response from my emails, they stated that my item shipped today and should be arriving soon. They thanked me for my patience during the holidays. I will update if any other issues arise........ Don't waste your time or Money!!! I have NOT gotten my order!!! They're NOT responding to emails, messages, posts ....NOTHING! There's NO way to call them, no numbers on the site. There's nothing on the site about delays either. I'm getting texts "Hurry and get your orders in" or there's a sale.

Customer service is terrible. I emailed them 3 times before the order shipped with no reply. They have the worst return policy I have ever seen. Web site is not user friendly and you better pay attention when picking sizes, if they don't have your size it will just default to the size they have, even if you pick the correct size. Now they want a 10% return fee and pay shipping again. Buyer beware!
