I received a bag as a gift that wouldn't have been my first choice on the website but Igor was EXTREMELY helpful and allowed me to return the bag for one that i LOVE! He was very quick to reply, the bag was sent back priority so I could get my new bag quickly, and now I have a leather bag that I love and will use forever. Thank you, Igor!

Terrific materials, smart design -- the Elegant laptop carrier is a joy to carry. Compact form factor, one that encourages carrying what is essential. I found room for 14" laptop, power supply, wallet, glasses case, essential phone charging cord, pens and business cards. As beautiful as it is, I anticipate it will last for many years. Also, two thumbs-up for an all-around great buying experience - if you are looking for well-crafted leather goods that combine modern styling and materials that pay homage to leather craftsmen from generations past, Von Baer is a great source.

The City bag is exceptionally beautiful. The workmanship, the crafting, the quality of the materials are standout and worth the price. Customer service was smooth, responsive and the delivery was prompt. Highly recommend this brand!
