Finally had some great customer…
Finally had some great customer experience dealing with Vonage. Language was not a barrier at all and was referred to someone else if needed. I had delt with the company before in another state and never had a problem.

I have had Vonage for over 15 years now, and it is wonderful. There have never been any problems, and the agents are great.

I had my phone number slammed
I had my phone number slammed. Vonage had gone out of their way to smoothly. Walked me through what has to be done in order to get my phone number back. They did an excellent job!

I will try to be honest
I will try to be honest, helpful and constructive, following "critical constructive" theory. But it's difficult, because Vonage services are unnoticeable; they work so well that you don't even notice they exist. How can you criticize something you don't notice? What to recommend being constructive for a service that is so smooth, you don't know it exists? I'm sorry, but is perfect still perfectible?
