I was one of the first customers and when they reached 300,000 customers my bill went down! It has stayed at a reasonable rate for over 20 years. You need a backup in case you lose your internet, but overall it's great and I'll stick with it.

I have used Vonage for 20 years in the UK and USA. All companies have issues especially when providing a service but they always fixed any issue I had. You can connect the phone to any WIFI outlet in the US so it is like taking the home phone with you. You can add your cell phone so the landline forwards the connection to your cellphone if you are out and about.

First off we used Ooma for 1 month and they kept dropping calls . So let's try Vonage it's been great no dropped calls and clarity is great.
