I ordered priority mail for a 1 to 3 day delivery on May 8th. It's may 15th. Package has not arrived.

Terrible experience
They called me to confirm my address while simultaneously trying to upsell me into buying something I don’t need. Then after confirming my address they sent it to the wrong address and it returned to them. Then it took them 3 days to reship the item at which time they told me they did me a favor by not charging me for new shipping despite it being their fault. Here I am over 4 weeks since I purchased and I STILL do not have my item.
