Very pleased with the prompt response to a delivery problem I had a few weeks ago. My shipment was lost in the mail and pretty mangled up when it arrived. Evan responded as soon as I reported the missing box and was very apologetic for the mishap. Luckily the product was not damaged and did not have to be replaced.
