I started this course with no prior knowledge of Contact Center both Enterprise and Packaged editions, after completing the course I now have a good understanding of the product and will be able to build on it. The instructor was very helpful and patient and took time to answer all my questions until I understood it I would recommend this bootcamp for anyone who wants to get a jump start in Cisco Contact Center Faisal I appreciate your help will come back for more classes in future Thank You

In covid situation I had joined voicebootcamp from home, and I got surprised that I am getting 100 percent lab facility even from home.....so don't think, just join voicebootcamp, you will get the result very soon.

When I came to Faisal I was already working as UCCE engineer for years in my back home and I was using his videos. Once I arrived in Canada I had visited him and attend an on-site course in his centre, it was amazing, I have learnt a lot and still been attending his great webinars. A top of that he found me a job in UCCE field here in Canada. You do a lot Faisal thanks to you and to the whole team in Voicebootcamp :)
