As the last user said, I too wish I had these reviews first. Impossible to cancel subscription, they are still charging my account every month, even though I canceled the subscription many months ago and sent multiple emails to them. As I will open a legal claim against them, whoever wants to do the same finds their address and details in the web.

Do NOT buy from Vogue! I have purchased a sweatshirt set for $179 which I tried exchange for a different size but the return portal was not working. I emailed and received many contradicting AI looking answers back which made no sense. They tried to make me believe that those items were final sale, which was untrue as I paid full price. It clearly says that all items and returnable however when you try to do so, their portal is suddenly giving you an error message. They are in total breach of customer rights and will not refund anything. AVOID !!!

I wish I read these reviews first. Impossible to cancel subscription, they are still trying to take money from my account every day, even though it’s being declined. I’ve had to stop the transaction with my bank as VOGUE won’t allow me to cancel after several emails, still trying to take money from my bank.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Absolute scam of a company. My partner purchased 2 hoodies for me for Xmas which I didnt like the fit of. As with any online purchases you have the right to return should they not be what you expected. Customer service was radio silent to his numerous emails. When they did eventually reply they said to "perhaps you can donate them to charity" 🤯🤯🤯 What nonsense is that?!!! Ive never in my life come across such a ludicrous response from a retailer refusing to refund. Absolute madness. I am now considering taking legal action solely for the principle. Disgusting service!!!!!

This is a non existing scam company. Visa is aware and have notified authorities. Do NOT buy anything on this site. You will never recieve your goods and they do not respond to emails. They showed up on my bill as a textile company. Total SCAMMERS!!
