Zero stars. Ordered some headphones, first tracking email worked but has never updated, all other tracking emails haven't worked. No response to emails and no response to PayPal case. I have now escalated via PayPal for a full refund but that doesn't help when you've got to wait another few weeks for them to assess the case. DO NOT BUY FROM AUSSIE VOGUE WEBSITE.

I bought a pair of sandals that were advertised 'Orthopedic' with a photo showing the benefit of an arch support. As I only wear shoes with an arch support, I bought a pair. They are Definitely NOT Orthopedic. The sandals have NO arch support whatsoever. This Is False Advertising. Never again.

I wanted to give 0 rating but it's not an option. Do not order from this website! The jumper I received is definitely not what was advertised online, very badly made no shape to it and came from a warehouse in China! It is total rubbish, wouldnt wear it gardening!!

0 stars if I could Worst customer service, not received my order, sent 4 emails and nothing back. I used the Klarna app to pay and reporting it to them too. Don't order for them, it's a scam.

I ordered an item from Vogue Shop on 5th November and despite sending several emails and receiving polite responses telling me that they are dealing with it and their profuse apologies, I still haven’t received my item (11/12). I’m about to report them to Trading Standards for false advertising. My daughter has also ordered from them and exactly the same, nothing received. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again and suggest you don’t either.
