Bad communication and quality went down
I was the 5 star review and I sadly did that anonymously and can't take it back. First order with them was good, but the second one was a very bad experience. I have been ghosted by them for weeks and the product was supposed "lost" but I later found out that one of my items hadn't even been produced. When the others arrived it hadn't been polished and had sharp edges. I got a partial refund for the item that couldn't be produced also the standee was crooked and falls apart easily
