I bought a poster that claimed to detail a series of chair exercises for seniors. The writing was absolute gibberish and it was impossible to understand a word. My cat would have done a better job. Buyer beware.

This company is an absolute joke who cheat you out of your money. They said they delivered something to my house, but never did and then they asked me to pay some more money for them to redeliver. I told them the contract that we had was for delivery of the goods to my house and I won’t pay any extra so they’ve now ignored my emails. Don’t touch them with a bulge pole. Now trust buyer are involved it seems like the company wants to do something to put the matter right which they should’ve done already without trying to get more money off me because they couldn’t deliver something. Purchased a "Cherry Blossom Bouquet" pop-up card for Valentine's Day in mid-January. Not only did updates stop from shipping two weeks after the purchase date (the card arrived on March 18, 2026, for reference -- more than 2 months after the purchase date), but the card is of poor build quality and one of the bindings for the pop-up bouquet broke upon opening the card and attempting to assemble it together. As legitimate as a business as they MIGHT be, this was a horrendous experience and I do not intend to purchase from them again

This company has not yet delivered me what I ordered roughly 2 months ago. As if that was not enough, the first tracking number they gave me was saying it was in a warehouse in Portugal. Now they've given me another tracking number saying the product IS STILL IN CHINA. And these thieves refuse to give me a refund. This is legalized robery, and this company has to end.

The item i ordered was damaged and arrived after 3 months. They dont wamt to refound it. Its totally awful
