Poor product and Worst customer service I purchased this Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2025 With Lifetime License For Windows Unlimited Devices However, Initially I started getting Malicious file error, with a message that This application may cause damage to your device and sensitive personal data may also be at risk, I tried to call them no one ever picked up my call. I sent several emails, and after several emails I receive a response and they sent me a new link to download the software. It was working fine until I started getting Adobe Genuine Service Alert - You will lose access to this app in 5 days. and you are using an unlicensed Adobe app. I sent them several emails and till todate no response received. I emailed them 07/24, 07/27, 07/28, 07/29 and 08/29. I wrote review before as well but they used their resources and get my review deleted. They only want to keep positive reviews. I wish there should be a negative star rating too.

Compré una licencia de ilustrador no llego si había algún procedimiento para instalarla salvo el instalador, y después de tres días utilizándola me daba error que debía comprar la licencia directamente con adobe porque esa era pirata , le envié más de 5 emails desde el día 4 de julio hasta hoy y no obtuve respuesta alguna ni para bien ni para mal y el teléfono que sale en su página web no existe

Two of three licenses I purchased didn't work, and they're not responding about a refund.

I lost access to the Adobe Creative Cloud product I purchased. Vodeto said this would happen, but I didn’t know it was because this seems to be an illegitimate service, selling access to an Adobe product illegally. Not worth the $79.99 I paid. I doubt they will refund either.
