About VJsneaker

VJSNEAKER.COM is a global online store specializing in sportswear and streetwear products under Vertical Jump Group USA Inc. and Shanghai YDQT Digital Tech Co., Ltd. with official global ambassador NBA player Malik Monk. The founder, Mr. Shawn Liu, is a veteran in the sports products industry, having worked at Yao Ming's agency, Anta Sports Products and Rigorer Sports Products. During his career, Mr. Shawn Liu have experienced and witnessed Chinese brands not only catching up with international counterparts but also surpassing them. When the manufacturing costs are identical, Chinese brands offer more competitive prices; when the retail prices are the same, Chinese brands provide greater value.Shanghai YDQT Digital Tech Co., Ltd., founded in October 2024, initially served as suppliers on e-commerce platforms such as Goat, Stock X, and Kicks Crew. Simultaneously, VJSNEAKER.COM was established, aiming to become our proprietary platform. In December 2025 Vertical Jump Group USA Inc. is established in Wyoming, and the company has shifted its focus to VJSNEAKER.COM. In March 2026 VJSNEAKER.COM announced an endorsement deal with NBA player Malik Monk. Mr. Shawn Liu has strong connections with Chinese brands and international brand wholesalers, enabling the company to become an authorized and licensed retailer. The majority of the products are sourced directly from brands and brand wholesalers. To offer a wider range of products, when certain items are out of stock from brands and wholesalers, we purchase from resale websites and verify their authenticity before shipping them to our customers. We make sure all the products are 100% authentic. Each product has a unique code, customers can check the authenticity on the brands’ official websites. Our goal is to emerge as the world's leading Chinese sportswear e-commerce platform, offering the most extensive product range, ensuring that when consumers seek Chinese sportswear and streetwear, our website is their top-of-mind choi

Terrible experience with VJ Sneakers
Terrible experience with VJ Sneakers. I placed an order, waited a full week, and even confirmed my shoe size with them. Only after all of that did they tell me the shoes were out of stock. Their solution? Offer me a different colorway but expect me to pay MORE for it. Seriously? You take my money, confirm my order, can't fulfill it, and then expect me to spend even more? To make matters worse, I still haven't received my refund. For a company selling premium-priced footwear, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Poor communication, no accountability, and absolutely no effort to make things right. I cannot recommend VJ Sneakers based on this experience. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Hi, we are sorry for the bad experience. On your case we could not get the colorway you ordered. And other colorways are indeed more expensive. We offered you full refund, again we are truly sorry.

Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with. advise to go up in size after purchase then sent an invoice to pay more. then requested to cancel the order and they want to charge a fee. buyer beware and would not recomend.
Response from VJsneakerOct 21, 2026
Hi Rocco, We recommended ordering a half size up because certain Chinese brands and models have a different fit. If we had shipped the size you originally chose, it likely would not have fit, and you would have needed to request a return. Additionally, please note that different sizes can sometimes have different prices. Regarding the cancellation fee, this is to cover non-refundable Shopify processing fees; we do not keep this money ourselves. Thank you for your understanding.

Very bad experience and customer…
Very bad experience and customer service. Ordered a pair of 361 Mega Pro from the website. Apparently due to Chinese public holidays took more than a week to ship and then as i tracked it tracking said the waybill was closed and returned to supplier. I followed up with VJSNEAKER and they keep telling me they waiting on feedback from the courier....this is quite concerning if you cant even get an answer from your courier partners. No refund, so i guess i will have to write off the money and just tell people that its all empty promises and they cant fulfill orders to South Africa.
Response from VJsneakerOct 13, 2026
Hi Dawid, the refund is on the way. We apologize that shipping to South Africa is sometimes tricky. As a matter of fact South Africa is the only country in Africa where we ship shoes to and because of your package we are no longer doing business in South Africa. Thank you for your understanding.
