I ordered the 24-inch Auburn Red Body Wave wig in 250% density with 13x6 HD lace, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The hair is soft, full, and beautiful, and the auburn color is absolutely gorgeous! The lace is also really nice, with a true 13x6 frontal that gives plenty of room for different parting styles. What really stood out to me was the customer service. I reached out through WhatsApp before ordering because I wanted the wig customized with butterfly layers and face-framing bangs, similar to a reference photo I provided. They were incredibly sweet, responsive, and accommodating, and even offered the custom layering at no additional charge! The wig arrived with beautiful curls, and I could see the layering and face-framing pieces once I tried it on. I’m excited to style it and bring the full look together.
