Paid for the $7 tier with ads, every time I go into watch anything an ad plays, fine, app glitches and your stream stopped for half a second? Got to watch the ad again even though it’s live tv with ads already integrated. Tried watching liga MX there are literal ads playing during the game, not only banner ads ever 5 minutes but any time there’s any sort of down time (injury, ref decisions, conflict) the stream of the game goes small and they play a full blown 20 second ad. Very disappointing experience.

This is my first time complaining about this ViX Spanish Streaming Channel, and I do it because they don't seem to have any intention to come clean and fix the issue that every viewer is complaining and frustrateted about. I have just upgraded my subscription from a Primium with commercials to a Primium Yearly Plan with NO Commercials but unfortunate, after paying this very high yearly plan, commercials NEVER went away. Perhaps, ViX thinks that they are in a special class and is okay to NOT follow the law and take advantage of those poor Spanish viewers who are too afraid to speak and let BIG companies like theirs take whatever excuse and eat it. I would like to ask every one reading this, who has a social media presence, and has a Yearly Premium Plan with NO Commercials to post this everywhere so that everybody would know the Unethical Practices that this ViX Streaming Channel do to their subscribers and the Government should go after them as well. ATTENTION: Calling everyone on Facebook, Instagram, X, YOUTUBE, Podcast or any other place. Lets stand together and make ViX change their SHADY Practices. BASTA YA!!!! NO MAS!!!! NO Commercials MEANS NONE!!!! AND WE paid a high price for you to provide that for use.

The said it was free and after watching a few capítulos de novela it wasn't free anymore. I feel they TRICK people. They advertise something they don't gave. Free? Really?
