Hi Buck, we’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused. We missed the mark on communication and scheduling. The technician had a medical emergency and couldn't be on-site as scheduled that day, but it’s our responsibility to communicate this and set expectations so no one’s time is wasted. We’re reviewing this internally to address the equipment condition and improve coordination going forward. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
