Easy tests to monitor nutritional health
I used the wellness urine test strips I purchased at Sam’s Club. It’s a great way to test calcium, magnesium, ketones, vitamin C and several other markers. Very easy to use. Just upload a pic to the app and it gives you your results. Also gives you nutritional advice on how to improve your levels. Very inexpensive since you receive 5 test strips.

I love being able to better my health
I love being able to better my health. The test is simple and easy to do. I've changed some bad habits and taken the advice that has been given. I feel better knowing I'm helping myself to be healthier as I am getting older.

Easy at home test kit.
As I am pre-diabetic I need to monitor my levels especially the ketone levels. Easy process for an at home test kit.

Keeps me out of the hospital
Since early fall of last year, I’ve had three health emergencies and ended up in the hospital 3 times. Doctors locally are worse than doing nothing so my husband and I have taken control of our own health care. Vivoo test strips are immensely helpful to us and I test every week, modifying my (anti inflammatory) diet. These are so important if you’re monitoring your health for any reason
