Very good and usefully app

I purchased the Vivideo AI MAX Plan for $199 USD on 6 September 2026. On the same day, after testing the service, I requested a full refund because the platform did not meet my expectations or the value I understood I was purchasing. My main concerns are: The plan consumed credits much faster than I reasonably expected. The generated video quality was poor and not suitable for my intended use. The results did not meet my expectations for a paid MAX Plan. I found the service difficult to use for creating worthwhile content because of the high credit consumption compared with the output quality. I requested a refund immediately on 6 September. After 14 days, I still have not received a full refund. The company offered a partial refund of $99 USD, which I declined because I do not believe it fairly reflects the limited use of the service and the issues I experienced. I asked for a full refund of the $199 USD paid and cancellation of the plan. This has been a very disappointing purchase and customer-service experience. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage potential customers to carefully review the credit limits, expected output quality, and refund terms before buying. I am still seeking a full refund. If this is not resolved, I intend to consider submitting a complaint to relevant consumer-protection authorities and pursuing other options available to me under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Mon expérience avec Vivideo a été très intéressante et enrichissante. J’ai découvert une plateforme qui permet de créer et de travailler autour de contenus vidéo de manière simple et créative. Elle m’a permis de mieux comprendre les possibilités offertes par les outils vidéo modernes, notamment pour la création de contenus destinés aux réseaux sociaux, à la communication et aux projets numériques.
