May 27, 2025, 1:06PM Rashidah Orr RO Vivian’s customer service representatives have very low standards for their customers. They would Rather I speak with AI than a live representative. Half of the time I’m speaking with AI, when I think I’m speaking with a representative. I have submitted at least 15 to 20 applications for jobs and I have not been called back once because I learned I am speaking with AI Andi have not really been submitted for the position. Very deceptive and disappointing.

100% bait and switch or bait and drop…
100% bait and switch or bait and drop with no response. I completed their requirements and was rushed by two different recruiters for two different jobs, only to be told that the posting was no longer there. No one takes the time to review your qualifications and they will bombard you with jobs that you have no desire or request for.

It's a bait and switch with this companies. I applied for a position that's 3 12 hour day shift and they tell me it's 3-2300 5 days a week.

Caution giving out your information
Lots of job offers and recruiter contacting you and then you reply to some of them and never hear back from them. You will hear about every single job in the country but wont hear back about the ones you want.....starting to think its just a scheme to get all of your information.

Most of the jobs the I applied for are not available, pretty a recruiter start giving information in another jobs with a lowest rate.

As a job board, we rely on the agencies posting on our platform to let us know if the jobs are still available at the hiring facility or if they need to be taken down due to being filled or they have reached the maximum number of applicants. Vivian allows deception on its…
Vivian allows deception on its platform. Indian Agents deceive professionals to gather data by posting fake pay and then offer different pay, time and time again. For almost 3 years using Vivian I have never got a job here, only for “agents” from India to collect my data and contact me with bullshit jobs outside of Vivian. Pure bait and switch.
