My experience
many of the contract offers are not accurate, in regards to rates or number of shift per contract.

Recruiting does not get back in a…
Recruiting does not get back in a timely manner, I was asked to get all information done because it was on shory notice, I did this, and still nothing.

Many of the Jobs listed have closed or…
Many of the Jobs listed have closed or are no longer applicable. Very frustrating then you have to put up with recruiters harassing you to take other positions not as well paid or in locations you applied for.

Good & frustrating
I have Found a ligit good company with a contract that was very honest. What was posted was exactly transparent and smooth sailing. Unfortunately, now that I’m looking for a new contract, the experience isn’t as favorable. These contracts are enticing only to find out the $ isn’t what it is or the person calling sounds from over seas so i have a hard time understanding and communicating. My mother is from Mexico so it’s not a slander just trouble with communicating. I’ve also gotten weary about who is ligit company and who isn’t since everyone wants all my information to apply for a job. Or i reapond to post and the recruiter takes days to respond and takes my info only to tell me the job is no longer open. I will Continue to use Vivian to lead me directly to the companies and apply directly there.

I like that this gives a sample of…bad use of a decent app.
I like that this gives a sample of what’s out there. I don’t like that it’s mostly a lie. The jobs listed seem to just be a way for recruiters to get your information. No one actually reads the profile. I have a listed minimum wage and locations I will go. Then they are totally shocked when I tell them it’s way too low. Fair. I’m totally not liking when I’m told the job is not available or not actually what is listed.

I like the new concept to help the…
I like the new concept to help the traveler but in many ways this site needs improvement. If they could do one check on your references so they aren’t contacted by every recruiter. Also if they could have a spot for id’s like drivers license and ss card would help. Also the ability to block a recruiter who is difficult to work with

We actually have a new feature for reusable reference checks- once verified, these reference checks will be valid for one year and reusable for any job you apply to! This feature is only available for certain jobs at this time but we hope to expand the scope in the future. We do not encourage uploading your driver's license and SS card on your profile since these will be visible to every recruiter you're assigned to when you apply to a job posting by their agency. As for blocking recruiters, can you please provide more context to our team using the 'Contact Vivian' button on the app or web so we can address appropriately?
