Hi Mary! We appreciate your honest and very comprehensive feedback. These are all very helpful to us as we continue to improve our platform and features. To address your first concern- you now have the option to have Vivian perform your reference checks, meaning your previous employers, managers or colleagues won't be called by every agency you apply with. Once verified, these reference checks will be valid for one year and reusable for any job you apply to. You can reach out to our support team using the 'Contact Vivian' button on the app or web for more info. Regarding the facility name- unfortunately, many facilities do not allow the agencies to post their name on the posting and do not want their name searchable for others to see that they are hiring travel clinicians or how many positions they have open. Regarding your third point- the addition of an 'applied' flag is definitely helpful to avoid redundancy in applying to the same position. Our team is open to exploring this and other features that will make your experience easier on our platform.
