Pay close attention and only apply for 1 of each title and location
Good way to find a travel job BUT also a terrible way to get annoyed by recruiters who act like vultures. Clickbait is very real; thousands of jobs posted aren't real and recruiters will encourage you to apply multiple times to the same job claiming it won't hurt you, and that is not true it cancels out all repeated applications!

I dislike how if your profile is on there and all your info you are constantly called and texted its should be hidden unless you want to allow

" If its sounds to good to be true. . ."
I haven't actually done any real business with Vivian. It seems like information is unofficial because nothing has really panned out. It's gone , it's filled or no longer open.

Jobs in some specialties, especially in more popular locations, fill faster than others and one contract can get over a hundred applications within a few hours of posting. As a job board, we rely on the agencies posting on our platform to let us know if the jobs are still available at the hiring facility or if they need to be taken down due to being filled or they have reached the maximum number of applicants. What gives with inaccurate wage and descriptions of jobs
That the wages and discriptions are not accurate most of the times they seem almost like a bait and switch to us travelers because when we inquire about the position then the wage changes so not sure if its Vivian or the agencies trying to generate more traffic

Our whits end with false hopes!
I have yet to have any of these recruits place me and I’ve been on Vivian for quite some time now. You get nothing but a bunch of conversations that can be frustrating when you realize they tell many lies about what they can do or what assignments they have, only to find they feed you false hopes. In spite of that I still try and hang in with Vivian, because it’s not the owner or creator of the site that the issue. This has been an issue since I created my account on Vivian, that’s too long, but I believe in Loyalty. I know that I can be the voice for a plethora of people dealing with this problem. Something has to change and fast.
