Too many stupid repetitive questions
Too many stupid repetitive questions . . the promise of good website software is wasted on these people . . You fill out a profile and get matched with jobs for RN’s , you have to explain the difference between MT and Clinical laboratory Scientists and MLT’s over and over again . . and reading a resume is a knowledge this whole group are without. The app is a waste of time and space . . To be avoided

Shocking quality and customer service
Shocking quality. No customer serviced 6 emails later and still no response re refund do not bother they are scammers

Horrible for business owners
Horrible for business owners. They oversell their leads at a very high rate. I was extremely dissatisfied with this service. They are a terrible partner. Only care if they make money. Business Owners beware. We paid them $40k we were not satisfied with the service and asked for a $2k exception and they took us to a collection agency over it. Given we gave them $40k and did not get ROI. Completely heartless. If you are looking to cripple your business this is the company. If not use anything else.

Protect yourself and you identity
Vivian and these recruiters have no right to ask for your drivers license number or SSN. They are essentially saying a your nursing license is a worthless identifier at this point. Which isn’t true. Many of these “recruiters” are sketchy salesman with seedy backgrounds. Contact your politicians to complain about this increasingly common unnecessary and ridiculous “requirement”.

While it is standard industry practice for recruiters to request your SSN and Driver's License when submitting you for roles, providing this information is entirely optional. Some specialties, especially in more popular locations, fill faster than others and one contract can get over a hundred applications within a few hours of posting. Don't trust this site
Don't trust this site. They dont vet the agencies and recruiters. They gather your information after trapping you into so called "high paying positions" and then once you've submitted for the position the recruiters reply back that it was an "error with the rates." Stick with Crosscountry or AMN or Prolink! Honesty is truly powerful.

I was bombarded with multiple calls
I was bombarded with multiple calls and ask questions as if they were bidding on me and once they decided if I had a enough experience or not the calls seem to stop and I was left with nothing else. No job no opportunity. No alternatives. No helpful resources pointing me to a better solution or Job they fits me. Nothing.

Vivian health is all about Uncle Sam and his family The Benjamins!!!
Vivian health is a very easy site to do a review on. They dint give you the meds you need and all they care about is money. i had to file a complaint with a Government Agency just to get my 100 "no show" gee refunded. Yeah i think a ruptured Appendix is a very good reason to miss an appointment.
