Please reach out to me directly at [email protected], or if you’ve already emailed us, I’ll prioritize your request and confirm once it’s resolved. Hi Todd, Thank you so much for the honest and thoughtful feedback—I really appreciate you taking the time to share it. I’m glad to hear the product has been working well for you, but I completely understand your desire for more personalized guidance, especially when it comes to dosing and optimizing long-term benefits. You’re absolutely right—there’s growing research suggesting that higher NMN doses (like 1000 mg) may offer additional benefits, particularly as we age. That said, the right dose can depend on multiple factors like age, body weight, and lifestyle. We’re currently working on more transparent education and guidance materials to support customers like you better. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to me directly at [email protected]—I’d be more than happy to go over your current routine and goals and provide personalized recommendations based on what we’ve seen work best for our community. Thanks again for your trust and loyalty—it means a lot.

Hi Barb, Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience. I’m really glad to hear your deliveries have been smooth and that the NMN, CoQ10, Spermidine, Apigenin, and Trans-Resveratrol combo has been helping with energy and sleep. It sounds like you’re on a great path, and I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed for an excellent checkup in February! If there’s ever anything you need along the way, I’m always here for you.
