We're sorry this situation ended this way. Unfortunately, FedEx lost your package, which was outside of our control. Our team did everything possible to help resolve the issue and was already in the process of arranging a replacement. However, despite our continued efforts, you repeatedly expressed how horrible and disappointing your experience was, and the conversation became increasingly difficult. At times, it felt as though our attempts to resolve the issue were being overlooked in favor of additional demands. We ultimately decided to cancel your order and issue a full refund. We strive to provide an exceptional customer experience, but we also believe respect and understanding should go both ways.
