Shipment comes the same time every month and I now have no vitamins for 11 days because they are not being shipped out on time.

I love that the vitamins come monthly so I don't have to think about it. However this time I'm without vitamins for about a week. I'll have to try to watch to get them to me sooner

I absolutely love the product itself. It does turn out that they only send you 28 packs for a monthly subscription - EVERY Month. They do not disclose this to their customers and they recommend that you just "order" early every month. On top of this - they even raised their prices on their bogus "monthly subscription". Buyers beware, the product might work and be good, but I would rather receive what I actually pay for.

I have been using VitaRx for over a year now. I love that the subscription makes it easy to receive my vitamins straight to my door. The individualized package is easy for me to grab and go, and the box organizer fits perfectly in my medicine cabinet. The shipping is always fast and efficient, and when I did need to change which vitamins were in my box, the website made it easy to do just that.

The pills themselves are excellent, but the packaging is the worst I have encountered. The packets are nearly impossible to open without scissors due to excessive resistance in the design, causing pills to spill everywhere when forced open. I have repeatedly contacted the packaging team with this feedback and have not been taken seriously. I even offered to fund a hands-on test where employees would personally attempt to open the packaging daily, and ask their elderly relatives to do the same, to experience firsthand what customers go through. Fix the packaging. The product deserves better.
