I trusted their advice about trademarking a slogan, but it turned out to be misleading. The officer handling my case seemed uninformed, as even a basic online search later revealed this wasn't possible. Unfortunately, I discovered this only after paying over a thousand dollars. This has been an expensive and disappointing lesson.

EDIT: This company will not stop harassing me over this review. They are constantly flagging it for things that don't make any sense and they have revealed my personal identification twice and I expect them to do it a third time at this point.. I highly recommend anyone who's reading this review to avoid this company at all costs. I have everything documented. I have it in writing that I was told there would be no more extra fees beyond what I paid and I would get exactly what I paid for. They promised me Amazon verification and then when it came to it the next day after I had paid I received a text message telling me that I owed an extra $500 USD to get the verification code from Amazon. When I asked what verification I paid for they made up some BS about verifying my identity with Amazon which is absolutely a lie. In my opinion this company is a complete scam and I will be reporting them to the FTC as a consumer compliant. Do not deal with this company as they will likely try to scam you as they did me. What an absolute waste of time vital trademark has been. What they were trying to charge $500 for another company did it 100% FREE as well as only charged me HALF the original cost. I can't say it enough. DO NOT go with this company and go with anyone else. I'm honestly warning you. I'm assuming that most of the good reviews on here are fake because there's no way people had a good experience with them after dealing what I went through.
