fraudulent business practices. took my money for an ebook purchase and never provided online access. customer service unwilling to resolve issues. 48 hours before I heard anything back. This is a fraudulent business. Do not purchase any items through them.

From the instructor point of view, I find VitalSource incredibly frustrating. The VitalSource version of the digital textbook that I require for my class did not contain all the features, was formatted differently, and was difficult for my students to figure out. I can't tell you how many emails I have been fielding in order to help students figure this out. What a headache.

Horrible, never ever again. Worst digital experience ever. Just wanted to purchase a book at taylor and francis, then I had to create an accout there, then a second at VitalSource. Sent 10 emails for verification, a single one had the link. Clicked on it, had to resend the email again. Will see if I ever get to see my already purchased book. Please work on that!!

The verification email didn't include a link. AI support kept me running in circles and always suggested the same solution. There was no support email address or actual assistance. Luckily, it was only 17 euros—but that money was completely wasted. Total crap—I strongly advise against buying anything here.

I wish i can give this a Zero. For some reason they want me to Scan and show them a government ID and no1 else in my class. IM THE ONLY ONE. I've wasted HOURS with their support and got Nowhere. While i waited for their response i purchased another book from logitech and it took 5 secs.
