The devices seem powerful and solid quality, and the company has responsive customer service. Different staff gave me inconsistent information about their devices and functionality (vital pro and the vital charge) but the owner called me and resolved everything clearly. I am pretty hopeful and confident I will have therapeutic results with these devices over time, and can recommend this company. Solid product with helpful customizations (more power than others) and an upcoming app as well.

Just starting out, so I can't claim to see results yet -- however it's easy to use and position on my face and neck, and also on my legs. I like the soft sound of the fan, plus the warmth of the infrared. We'll see if I notice any changes on my skin after a few weeks ;-)

Very impressed with my device. Still not sure if I need to use the goggles or not, bc it says to use them, but no one is using them in marketing images! Hence 1 star knocked!

My husband had a stroke and he uses the pro light that we purchased over a year ago. It helps with some of his pain and it would be great to have a hand held for travel.

Ordered a device and waited months to receive a shipping update. Support emails also went unanswered. Assumed it was a scam, accepted the loss and left a negative TrustPilot review. Company eventually reached out with an apology and explanation and the item did arrive. It's exactly as expected, very good quality. Have updated this rating to reflect that.
