The service did as expected. It did take long time to get my birth certificate. Fortunately, I do not need my passport until December. Still, the passport people are saying 7-11 weeks to get my passport. If we add up all the time, I could see where people would be in trouble if they did not apply for their passport months in advance.

The arrival date was off by weeks. Every time I checked it, the date was being pushed back each time. I was going to call and find out where it was when it finally arrived. Everything else was great!

This was my third time. Line was not as bad this time as before. Only complaint is needing more staff. Staff was very good.
