I paid extra for expedited birth certificate but it didn't tell me how long it would take for me to get it back so I was expecting to receive it in a week but it took a month to arrive.

The service was fairly easy to use, and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. It would have been better if the entire process was electronic submission so you don’t have to mail the form in. It wasn’t clear after getting the notary service that I needed to print out and send in the form. Other than that it was good.

I received my birth certificate very quickly. I thought the whole thing was done online so it was a pain to find a place to print out the application and I thought it was very expensive.
