If you live out of the state you are born with, 10/10 this is the way to go. Gotta pay for the packet and include a 22$ fee in the packet itself when you mail it - otherwise you’re screwed and have to wait even longer. Obtaining official documents is annoying and boring but must be done. A trip to your County’s Clerks office is definitely quicker though but not always an option

The website is easy to navigate, but to get a copy of a marriage certificate was expensive. I received the copy of my marriage certificate Quicker than expected.
