I received the requested application and self paid return envelope very quickly after requesting it. I included my check for state of Virginia to make copies of the document and look forward to obtaining it within a week or two.

There was a problem with my forms arriving in the mail. And weeks later, my check to Louisiana still hasn’t been cashed. So what’s up with that? Your service was easy to use and the people I spoke to on the phone were very helpful, but there were problems.

I think it's ridiculous for me to be sent to another site for them to research my info which I provided to them, pay them $89.00. Then they filled out a paper sent it to me to sign. Then I had to send it to you for another $9.00 this system is so stupid and it's crazy. It needs to change just use 1 site like you used to.

By applying on line I thought the process would have been quicker. I believe it should have taken less time to send the document. The application on line was very costly.
