Hi! Thank you for taking the time to share your comment. As per health department, your certificate was shipped via USPS. According to USPS it was delivered on March 31, 2022 at 1:41 pm.

I’m trying to get copy of birth certificate for my son. Filled out all paperwork sent check and identification in envelope that was supplied. Was told I would receive by July 5, it is now August 10, no birth certificate

They SUCK! I was told it would take 3 months to receive my birth certificate! After receiving a notice with the date I was supposed to receive it came and went, I called and was told that it was going to take 13 months because the state where it was coming from was that backed up. Why was I not notified earlier? They still excepted my express payment! Poor Customer Service! They SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are better off going in person to the proper county office. This site is useless, unhelpful on any phone calls and just plain not worth it. I need my marriage license for social security since end of May 2022 and its almost August. Still nothing. I have requested a refund of my $89 and will go to my county office myself.

I sent the information you sent me to sign and date. It was returned to me from the post office saying the postage said a package and it didn’t meet the weight requirements. This is crazy you charging me $89.00 for what? I want a refund ASAP!!!!!!

Hi Linda, The process required by the Health Department to obtain a certificate requires a study of the application but in many cases, the health department restricts certain requests for personal matters. These processes are internal to the health department and we have no control over them. When they returned your request, they should have attached a document with the reasons why your request was returned. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We have provided you a full refund since we can see you are not satisfied. We hope this will resolve the issue and clear the air of any misunderstanding.
