We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business. Unfortunately, we have no control over the processing of certificates and documents by the Health Department. However, if you received your birth certificate with a spelling error, you will need to make a request to correct it, since the certificate you received corresponds to the copy of the real certificate that the Health Department has in the database, you will need to make a request to correct it. The Health Department sends exactly one copy of the actual certificate that it has in its database. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

But unfortunately, we have no control over the requirements or requirements that the Health Department has internally in the processing of applications. They are standards and internal processes that they manage in private. Normally when they return an application, they enclose a letter providing the reasons for the return. If not, we recommend that you visit or contact the nearest Vital Records office and obtain more specific information about your case. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
